I agree to Parmco's Terms and Conditions set out below;

  • If there are any parking cost involved with the servicing then the amount will be oncharge.
  • In the event our agent finds, no fault, user error/misuse and or install fault there will be an oncharge.
  • There will be additional travel charges for our agents if the distance is outside 30km to and from base to residence.
  • Should the agent not be able to service the appliance on booked date due to access related issues there could be oncharges. Access can either be to the property due to no one home or, difficulties accessing the appliance for servicing purposes due to the way in which it is installed.
